Applied AI pilots in Canada.

Start with a question worth answering. LabSI helps Canadian businesses explore an AI idea through a small, understandable experiment before committing to a wider rollout.

The task we start with.

A demonstration can look convincing while saying little about the actual task. A useful pilot compares the existing way of working with an AI-assisted approach under conditions your team understands.

How we approach the work.

  1. Choose one business task and define what a useful result looks like.
  2. Agree on sample inputs, a simple baseline and the evaluation method.
  3. Build the smallest prototype that can answer the question.
  4. Review results together, including errors, costs, limits and the next decision.

What a project can include.

A prototype or feasibility note, a written evaluation and a practical recommendation on what to improve, investigate or leave alone. Project scope, price and timing are agreed before work begins.

Who it is for.

Businesses that have a real workflow to improve and want evidence before investing in broader AI adoption.
